5 - garlic buds
5 - red chilli dry remove stalk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2-3 drops - vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
1. Peel garlic bud.
2. Put red chilli in hot water for 15 min.
3. Then grind garlic, chilli and some water together.
4. Add some salt, lemon juice and refined oil to the paste.
5. Garlic Chutney is ready to be served.
