Coriander Rice


2 cup Rice precooked
3/4 bunch Coriander leaves.
1 medium Onion - diced
1 inch ginger piece
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 green chillies
2 tspgaram masala powder
1/2 cup peas
2 bay leaf
4 tbsp Oil

salt - to taste


1. Grind together the onion pieces, ginger and green chillies with the coriander leaves in as little water as possible. Add garlic paste to it while grinding.

2. In a pan heat oil, add the bay leaf and the paste as prepared above. Fry till the rawness disappears and the oil starts to separate out.

3. Then add the peas and stir for a few minutes. Then add the garam masala powder and the salt. Stir and leave on fire on a small flame for a few minutes. Then add the precooked rice and stir well.

4. Coriander Rice is ready to served.
