Instant kulfi


Ingredients for Instant Kulfi:

1 can condensed milk
1 8oz coolwhip
1 can evaporated milk
1 can Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp. almond chopped
1tsp.pistachio chopped
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/8 tsp. saffron
1 tsp - rose water
Method to make Instant Kulfi:

1.  Mix all the ingredient and blend it for 2-3 minutes.
2.  Pour the mixture in to round popsicle maker.
3.  Freeze it for 6 to 8 hour.
4.  Take out the frozen kulfi from the mold by placing it in warm water.

5.  Instant Kulfi is ready to be served.
