Mango Lassi


1 ripe mango or mango pulp canned or 1 cup mango juice
2 cups fresh curds chilled
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
3 tbsp. sugar
Diced mango to garnish


1. Peel and chop mango.
2. Put the ingredients for the lassi, except the diced mango pieces in a blender.
3. Make a smooth puree.
4. Garnish with dices of mango and serve chilled.
5. Mango lassi is ready to be served.
