Ingredients for Til Burfi:
1 cup white (Til)sesame seeds
1 cup milk powder
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 can condensed milk
Dry Coconut in thin slices 10-12 pieces
Method to make Til Burfi
1. Fry til in a pan and keep aside.
2. Make powder of the til except for about 2 tbsp til as whole to be used later.
3. Take a big bowl of microwave and add til, milk powder, condensed milk and butter. Mix well by stirring in one direction only.
4. Keep it in the microwave for 6-7 mins.
5. Take out and mix again by stirring in one direction.
6. Keep it back in the oven for another 6-7 mins.
7. Take out and mix thoroughly.
8. Put the mixture in a greesed plate and spread evenly.
9. Decorate with coconut slices and whole til.
10.When the mixture looks to be set and cool on plate, cut into desired shapes.
11.Til Burfi is ready to be served.
