Ingredients for Quick Carrot (Gajar) Halwa:
3 carrots - grated
1 cup milk
6 tablespoons milk powder
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method to make Quick Carrot (Gajar) Halwa:
1. Combine the carrots with the milk and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
2. Add the milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
3. Quick and tasty Carrot Halwa is ready to be served.
